You agree to indemnify Boomnetwork against any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute arising from your use of the Site is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
